Check digit calculation standard:

(1), multiply each of the 17 digits of the previous ID card number by a different coefficient. From the first to the seventeenth coefficient are: 7-9-10-5-8-4-2-1-6 -3-7-9-10-5-8-4-2.

(2), multiply the 17-digit numbers and the result of multiplying the coefficients together. 

(3), Divide the sum by 11 and see what the remainder is.  

(4) The remainder can only be 0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 -9-10 These 11 numbers. Their respective numbers corresponding to the last ID are 1-0-X-9-8-7-6-5-4

(5), through the above that if the remainder is 3, will appear in the 18th digit of the ID card is 9. If the corresponding number is 2, the last ID card number is the Roman numeral x. X actually means 10, only with the Roman numeral instead of just, if you do not use the Roman numeral instead, then the ID number is Roman numeral x.
